Returns & Exchanges (Europe, UK & Switzerland)

We hope you love your DUC DORÉ piece. If not, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all labels attached.
• Damaged, worn, washed, or altered items cannot be returned.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after your return has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
• Please contact us before returning an item to receive the correct return instructions and return address.
